PHILIP C. LANE (Graphic Artist/Comic Book Guy) is an enormously talented artist who escaped the hustle and bustle of Southern California for the clean, rarefied heights of Colorado and hasn't regretted the decision for a moment. He is a cartoonist ("So You Want to Be a Super-Hero?!?" start beating the drums now...it deserves to be huge on the comic pages of every newspaper in America), a graphic artist, a comic book creator (the late, lamented Stealth Squad, a comic book you never heard of...but should have), a teacher, and, most importantly, a great husband and a super Dad. He's not quite old enough to be President of the US yet...but that's our loss, not his.

A decidedly optimistic, pizza-loving, guy, his abiding love of comic book art takes its inspiration from popular talents such as John Byrne, George Perez, and the legendary Burne Hogarth.

A philosophy? "Sometimes it's better to be loving than to be right" works for him...or "People who think money will make you happy, don't have any"...or, deeper still, consult Proverbs 3:5-6.
