ARG! is an independent animation production company which produces only our own concepts and scripts, primarily Artie Stick shorts. After 40 years in the contract animation business, we no longer offer any services to outside companies.

History of the studio

In 1973, producer/director Artie Romero co-founded Everyman Studios in Colorado Springs, and he renamed it ARG! Cartoon Animation in 1994. We specialize in short, funny animations. For 40 years, we produced TV and web commercials, music videos and other commercial work. We no longer offer any production services, and focus on producing Artie Stick cartoons.

We produced commercials for screening in theaters starting in 1982. In 1991, we were early adopters of computer animation systems. CG made it easier and more cost effective to produce Hollywood quality animation in HD or UHD (4K) resolution, and to combine animation with live action film and other media.
