S.H.O.U.T. PSA, AKA "Anti-Smoking Hip Hop Duck" (1998)

This 30-second public service announcement (PSA) was produced for the Stay Healthy Oppose Using Tobacco (S.H.O.U.T.) program in 1998. Kids who signed up for the program took a pledge to avoid tobacco products, and received a plastic card which entitled them to discounts at participating local merchants. ARG! director Don Mangan designed the characters and drew the storyboard. Jee Hoon Lee drew the backgrounds and handled all the compositing and editing.
