In 1983 and 1984, Artie Romero produced Video Game All Stars, a series which aired on KOAA TV, the Southern Colorado NBC affiliate. For the third and final episode he hired experienced TV executive Larry Frost as director, who enticed comedian and The Brothers Garcia creator Jeff Valdez to host the show. Jeff interviewed players and did a few man on the street interviews. This episode includes puppet work by Melvin Grier and a precious cameo by Mel's son Gabriel. This show is considered by many to be of historical value, since video games have become the largest entertainment industry in the world. Copyright © 1984 Everyman Studios and Artie Romero Go back
